The agricultural cooperative INSIEME is founded in May 2003. within complex circumstances of  the life renewal and return of the refugees, by 10 members-cooperative founders. At present, the cooperative gives it assistence to the berry growers during whole production phase and it acts in crop organusation, the basic transformation- freezing and comercialising of the products.

From the productive aspect, Bratunac is a big agricultural area placed between Drina river and some hills nearby, along west municipal border, consisted of small family posessed farms, medium size 1000-3000 sqm. The soil is especially suitable for berry growing (raspberries, blackberries,strawberries, blueberries, altough there are some vegetable varietes in most of family farms mainly for self-consumption as well as cereals and cattle nutritients).The municipality of Bratunac lays on 200-550m above the sea, and thi climath is apropriate for berry growing (moderate winter,  favourable disposition of rainfall and average summer temperature about 25 C).

Devotion and respect of the nature are our choice which determines the character of any cooperative activity; the products are monitored in each productive area. In collaboration with italian and chilean experts we did the selection of the  best quality and resistant varietes, in order to reach the maximum reduction of chemical treatments, using cultivation systems which doesn't affects environment.The majority of seedlings are produced within our own greenhouse nursery of 200 sqm equipped with heating and fert-irrigation systems (the full production is 150 000 of the seedlings). The cooperative already posess the three open field nurseries for raspberry, blackberry and red currant.

The cooperative has its own freezing plant of 800 tons storage capacity, including freezing tunnel, processing room and three storage compartments.
The structure is equipped with fruit selecting and fruit packaging facilities and machines, respecting strictly sanitary and higienic aspects.
